Are you or someone you know in need of assistance?
Access to consistent, stable, affordable housing is critical for household health and economic well-being. Keeping people housed benefits both the renter and the property owner. The following resources address challenges to housing stability, including trouble paying housing costs, eviction & foreclosures and access to home ownership.
Emergency Rental Assistance Programs
The United States Treasury has provided funding for renters who need assistance with their rent and utility payments. These funds are available to people who rent their home, including mobile homes and mobile home lots. To qualify, renters must have experienced financial hardship, meet certain income limits and be at risk of becoming homelessness or have trouble finding a stable place to live. Property owners may also apply for these funds on behalf of their renters.
