WHAT IS THE ARIZONA HOUSING COALITION DOING?
Outreach: Helping people who are homeless by connecting them to a system that offers housing, emergency shelters, and other services.
Assessment & Emergency Services: Matching people to appropriate programs and emergency services (food, showers, shelter, connections to other community resources) by evaluating vulnerability and need.
Housing Programs Support: This includes transitional housing (temporary housing with supportive services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness), rapid rehousing (assistance for those who are homeless to move into a home quickly, pay rent, and get support to stay housed), and permanent supportive housing (long-term home and support services for those with disabilities to help them stay stable and housed).
