Compassion Engagement Trainings
PART ONE
Thursday, October 3 or Wednesday, December 18 Utilizing a trauma-informed approach requires authentically presenting yourself across settings and continuous practice of self-reflection and self-care. During this two-part training, participants will experience a brave space to identify and discuss aspects of cultural humility, self-compassion, and emotional intelligence as they expand on Compassionate Engagement's framework of trauma informed care. These components will empower your practice and aid in the development of a sustainable, restorative environment. |
PART TWO
Friday, October 4 or Thursday, December 19 While stress is a part of life, toxic stress doesn't have to be. Through identifying and understanding our own resilient factors and growth potential, we will build a strategic plan to combat toxic stressors such as compassion fatigue, burnout, and moral injury. Join us for this session of Compassion Engagement to integrate mindful practices and communication styles into your own way of being and enhance your clinical practices, workplace environments, and relationships. |
NOTE: These trainings are $15 for members and $35 for non-members, per session. Space is limited.
Participation in both Part One and Part Two is not required. Trainings may be taken individually.
